Details: ‘Medusa’ forms a low mound of grey-green, narrow foliage with leaves the twist slightly at the end. The nodding buds look like snakes at the tips of the stems, before they straighten to form 1.75-2” rounded clusters of light amethyst purple flowers. Plant in a tight group for a focal point or scatter them though your perennial garden for a month long display of deer, rabbit and rodent resistant color.

Growing Tips: Prefers full sun but will also grow in part sun. No pruning necessary other than deadheading spent flowers. Spent flowers can be left on the plant for added winter and fall interest. Asexual propagation prohibited.
